Earthquake

Hm .. when I was logining to Xanga tonight expecting to see tons of entries talking about the earthquake this morning, surprisingly I haven't seen one single entry mentioning about it. Do people still read/write xanga? Or is it just me who's holding on to this antique?

I was at work on the second floor of the Indymac Bank building on Lake and Walnut when this happened (That's where eHarmony located at!!) I was sitting there scratching my head trying to puke the weekly online marketing report out, all of a sudden where was this light shake. It took me 2 seconds to belive that it's one of those earthquakes. I stood up and looked around, all of a sudden the big one hit so hard I could literally feel the whole floor shaking; all the lights on the ceiling were swinging. We were then evacuated outside the building for 15 minutes. I got the call from my dad asking if I was okay, I tried to call my mom but yet all the phone line got jammed (great thanks to Tmobile!!) Everyone walked back into the office afterwards joking around, laughing, making fun of the earthquake. It was a 5.8 earthquake from Chino Hills. I heard from the news people from 300 miles away in Vegas could also feel it. It wasn't funny to me. The earthquake itself didn't scare me a lot, but it makes me think about life, love ones, dream, people .... (It's not like I don't think about those in my daily life but you know what I mean) I called and msn all the people that I love and care to make sure they are save.
Haha .. I don't know how to end this entry .. well ... good night Los Angeles ..

今天早上接到了Zen 的電話叫了我去打角聲跟正新書院的藍球友誼賽
我便跟Zen和亞發去了"鄧腳"
正新書院裡面的學生都是一些以前吸毒或者是犯事的少年人
他們都有一個機會去改過 接受基督
聽了他們其中一員的分享 真的打從心底的替他高興 也在心裡暗暗的祝福他
說真的 覺得他們比很多好像沒犯過事的人還nice 還真 還好相處
人總要經歷一些東西才會把自己的驕傲放下
今天人們在introduce我們球隊的時候有些人都問我說我吸毒了嗎
其實我並不覺得好笑
我很尊重他們
我們一生中尋尋覓覓 難免會有做得不好的時候
誰敢說自己每一個選擇都是對的 都是最好的
其實他們今天給了我一些inspiration
活出尊嚴是今天比賽的主題
